We want to make sure that you are receiving the best online rate possible. If you find lower rates on another web site, call (800) 655-1452 and we'll match the rate. If you have already made the reservation, we will honor the lower rate and give you an additional 10% off. The following requirements must be met before submitting a claim:
- It has been less than 24 hours since booking your original reservation on a Newport Hotel Group web site, and it was not booked within 48 hours of arrival
- The rate must be available to the general public. Qualified discount rates, such as AAA, AARP, group, corporate or wholesaler rates do not qualify.
- The Guarantee does not apply to web sites where the specific hotel and location are not known until the booking is made, such as Priceline.com, Hotwire.com, etc.
- The rate is for the same arrival date, length of stay, room type, and number of guests.
To submit a claim, call (800) 655-1452 and speak with Karen Roche Paulon, Reservations Manager, or email Karen at kpaulon@newporthotelgroup.com and she will promptly respond.

- You can cancel directly with the hotel or our central reservations office subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Inn at Newport Beach: Nov 1 - April 30 reservations must be canceled by 6pm day of arrival; May 1 - Oct 31 reservations must be canceled 72 hrs (3 days) prior to arrival date.
- Hyannis Harbor Hotel: 72 Hours Prior to Arrival To Avoid Cancellation Penalty of One Night's Room and Tax.
- North Conway Grand: 72 Hours Prior to Arrival To Avoid Cancellation Penalty of One Night's Room and Tax.
- New Haven Hotel: By 4pm at least 1 day Prior to Arrival To Avoid Cancellation Penalty of One Night's Room and Tax.
- Inn the Square: Nov 1 - April 30 reservations must be canceled by 6pm day of arrival; May 1 - Oct 31 reservations must be canceled 72 hrs (3 days) prior to arrival date.
