Food & Beverage Assistant
The Draycott, a luxury London Hotel situated between Chelsea and Knightsbridge is looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to represent the Draycott Hotel in a professional, articulate manner that reflects the hotels five star status. To maximise all sales and revenue opportunities and to increase business at every opportunity. The Draycott is a 35-bedroom hotel operating with a small hands on team, meaning that on occasion you may be asked to help other departments within the hotel.

In room bars to ensure that outstanding service and a unique guest experience are provided. To lead by example and assist in making your department a desirable place to work in. Assisting the Assistant General Manager in supervising, controlling and leading the Team proactively and according to prescribed standards in terms of service and within budgetary requirements.
