We were both very pleased with your hotel and the people that we met that worked for you. They were friendly and always ask if there was anything that they could do for us The property was very well maintained:VERY WELL: The food we ate there was very good along with the service we received. We had coffee delivered to our room each morning by the same man and he was just very friendly and eager to please us. Thank you very much for everything. We will be back again when in OKC. I enjoy that your rates are very low and your standards for your hotel are very high. Two things that makes me repeat my stay and tell others about your hotel. Your friendly staff helps put a smile on people's face as they walk down your halls. Keep up the great work.

Room was always clean. Kind and attentive staff. I had to change my reservations 3 times and they always understood my situation. See y ou the next time I am in Oklahoma.

I have stayed at the Biltmore several times in the last month while having medical treatment done in the city. I have enjoyed my stay there very much and have recommended to my friends and have booked rooms on 2 occasions for them. The staff has all been very nice and very helpful, giving me directions to where I needed to go. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. I will stay there anytime I come to the city, we will be coming to the city for a fun weekend and stay at the Biltmore.

We really, really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again. Having restaurants and lounges on site was extremely convenient and an added bonus to our trip. Overall, a great value for the price. Thanks!
