We encourage all brokers and their associates to bring clients to Lajitas, The Ultimate Hideout. Before you do, please check with us to be sure your client is not already in our database. If they are in our database, we will not be able to honor them as your client and there will not be a commission involved. If they are NOT in our database, we will be delighted to have you register them, and we can assist you to help them buy a piece of Lajitas, The Ultimate Hideout. Just follow these instructions:

1.                   The outside broker/agent will fill out an agreement and place it on file with Lajitas Properties. Agents must have their sponsoring broker sign and complete the agreement with all pertinent information.

2.                   The presentation of property at Lajitas, all paperwork regarding the purchase of property, and the subsequent closing process will be the sole responsibility of the assigned Lajitas Properties representative.

3.                   Lajitas Properties agrees to pay a three (3%) percent commission, from closing proceeds at funding, to a TREC licensed broker on the sale of property.
